My own story of weight loss is a bit of a roller coaster. I've tried many, many approaches and I finally found one that stuck (unlike the weight, which did not.)
After 18 years with Weight Watchers, and research and experimentation with many other modalities, I finally found an holistic approach that works. It combines one-on-one motivational support, with nutrition guidance (yes, you can eat!) and weight maintenance support.
I have helped thousands of people transform their bodies and their lives. It IS possible. When you're ready to invest in yourself, and to commit to relatively small, incremental changes in lifestyle, you'll witness outcomes you couldn't imagine were possible.
